Coventry Farmers' Market — Local services in Coventry

This year so far a disappointing. There are 4 to1 crafts. The vegetables and fruits stands are far and few in between. It is early in the season so choices are limited but that is understandable. I will find it hard to continue to visit if farmer stand don't increase. I have been going here for several years and drive about 20 miles. I will get it a rest for a few weeks on hope the produce stands increase. It be honest they typically have a fantastic choices , not so far this season.

Today 8/1/21 the above review is 3 years old. Today it is more ture than ever. In my opinion stay away find a nice farm stand you'll be better off. If you want food trucks go otherwise stay away. Very few farmers, way too many vendors crammed into a small space. Local vendors jacked up prices, maybe its costly to be a vendor or something but could go tp thier store and get better prices. Parking ... should have brought my truck ... cars don't do well on the terrain .. I saw people park down the street not sure what that looks like.

Produce prices were higher than the grocery store by a lot. I used to go to farmer's market to support farmers and save money, not sure why its different now, that was many years ago.

I'm a dog person but there were way too many dogs in such a small place. Too crowded to shop lol let...

I know this farmer's market is popular, but I'm just not impressed. Even coming 15 minutes prior to opening, the parking is awful. Then there's how overcrowded everything is. For example, the food trucks are so crammed together that there is hardly any room for the lines to form. There's also the issue of public restrooms. There is hardly enough for the amount of people who attend. You'll have to wait in line thirty minutes just to use one. I prefer the Colchester market. While it doesn't have the food trucks, it has the same amount of vendors and ample space, parking...
