It was a nice environment and the lady that did my lash extensions was very nice, but the procedure was just horrible!!. Glue got into my left eye, and my eyes were burning to the point I had to keep my eyes closed and when she got done and I tried to open my eyes turns out THE EYELIDS FROM MY LEFT EYE WERE GLUED TOGETHER !!! She had to pull them apart (I have no idea what kind of glue she used. She just kept calling it “the thing” when she kept looking for it ). Most of the lash extensions fell off overnight so I had to go back to get them removed and again she applied something on my eye that BURNED LIKE HELL !!! And well at the end I did not get a refund for some lashes that didn’t even last a day and put me through hell. I could’ve ended up having to go to the hospital , luckily I didn’t and I forgot to mention lashes did look pretty but definitely not worth it and they would also poke...

Scheduled an appt on their site for my mom for Mother’s Day. Confirmed that they were open and they were and fully booked the appointment for 3:30-5 for the massage and facial combo. Drove all the way there today on Mother’s Day and rang the door bell about 10 times and even knocked on the door several times. No one ever came to answer the door and the open sign was shown as they were open as well as google showing the hours as “open 11am - 6pm” on Sundays.
