This place does not deserve one star. I stopped by to buy Christmas candy. There was a woman standing behind the counter. I proceeded to get a plastic bag to cover my hand as I picked up the candies I wanted to put in to the paper bag; just as the other customers were doing. When all of a sudden the woman came from behind the counter and said she would bag my candies for me. I said no, that’s not necessary, I can do it myself. She insisted and said they didn’t want everyone putting their hands into the candy bins. There are no signs just plastic and paper bags to serve yourself. The other white peoples were getting their own; yet she did not want me to get my own. I do not recommend this place and will not be shopping there. The woman was unprofessional and very rude. We love going to Patrick's especially during the holiday season. They always have the best selection of the most perfect holiday treats. Chocolate covered Pecan Brittle is literally worth buying and eating with your significant other in the car and destroying any evidence before you get home and speak nothing of it to your children who could not possibly appreciate such an outstanding treat. They have a great selection of items from Nora's Mills out of Helen, preferably the grits. During the summer they have a phenomenal selection of seeds for your garden and plenty of live plants. They are very knowledgeable about gardening also...

If you want a beautiful food plot, listen to the old man. Buy what he tells you to buy and plant it the way he tells you to plant it. You might have to sit through a chemistry lesson and listen to a few humorous stories but it’s totally worth it. I highly recommend Patrick’s Super Buck seed mix. My food plot is freaking amazing!!
