They do not stand behind what they tell you in the store when your buying something. I have a couch set that is a year and 1/2 old that has a love seat, couch and rocker. We only use the Love seat. The leather mix material is pulling and making holes and cracking, on every piece, and we have followed the care direction. But the manager in Covington, feels it's OK not to stand behind what they sale. I was told to bad your year is up! nothing we can do about it! This is the nicest furniture store I’ve been in customer service is a one literally somebody called told me there was a sale. I should’ve received $100 off coupon. I might’ve received it. I don’t know, but they had one in the store and who can resist a sale in $100 off so you know I was in there last Saturday so A1 customer service I will continue to come back thank you guys Again again and 1 million times also, I love the pizza cutters those for free if you guys have not been in the store you don’t know what you’re missing out!Nice things, T told me to come back...

I just want to take a moment to praise the Covington VA location! I stopped in the evening of August 6th 2020 close to 5:30 to purchase my son a new bedroom suit and mattress set. Not only were the entire staff extremely helpful, they were also very friendly and patient as it was close to closing time. I am moving my son to college and needed something pretty quick. Sharon and the staff went above and beyond to find us the furniture we needed within our time constraints and budget! Job well done...
