I have given my business to this store for about 8 years buying dog food, cat food, horse feed, horse bedding and various other products from time to time. In the past they had wonderful management who knew my name and orders. For the last year the new management (who has worked there for several years) can’t remember my name and has now refused to give me the discount I’ve had for years. There was no “I’m sorry” no “ let me talk to the owner” just a blank stare and a refusal to discuss it. This is not the first issue I have had with this manager. I have decided to take my $5000+ yearly business elsewhere. I can no longer recommend this business. They don’t know the meaning of customer service. I was just there this morning to buy some Victor dog food....so so so glad you carry this ! I wanted to say that this is the most helpful, knowledgeable, most friendly group of people around. Not only that, the store is so spotlessly clean and organized....My 90 year old mom has been to many animal related places with me over the years and this is by far her favorite ever ! I will tell all my "dog friends" about Victor dog food and to buy it from you guys...and I will never go anywhere else for my dog supplies again ! Thanks again, a New Loyal...

I love going here to get pig ears for my dogs! They love them as a treat on rainy days, and they're only $2.50 per ear.

There's also about anything else you could need for a tack n feed store! They even sometimes have fresh eggs, and you can get your chicks here as well during the spring. The shopkeeps are always friendly, it never takes long to get checked out, and they're super helpful, they can help you find anything you need and will probably order it for you if it isn't in stock!
