My husband had previously had a great experience working with Trent in purchasing a vehicle from here.

This year he decided to buy another from him and our experience has been a nightmare.

There’s no communication. We dropped off the truck we just purchased because it seemed to have a leak and it took him 2 weeks to finally “take a look at it”.

My husband let him know we were picking the truck up. We drove an hour and a half from where we live to pick the truck up and he’s not here. This is completely unprofessional and not to mention unacceptable.

We tried calling from 4 different phones and he still does not answer. I’m needing to postpone an important work trip because he can’t answer his phone or communicate.

Do not recommend doing service with him...

Trent doesn’t warranty his work. Racked up $8300 in repairs to a classic car. The car was then sent off for cosmetic repairs. When the car finally made it back to me, there were many issues that the car had that I paid Trent to repair mechanically. He stated I was stupid to think he would help and he doesn’t warranty his work. I have disputed the charge and have my attorney working on this now to bring him to court for failure to properly perform repairs per ASE standards, and not warranty the work. Pick a real shop, not one run from the back of his dads house.
