I purchased 30 feet of rope here. It came to $44. It stayed in my car for a day. The following day I'm looking around and..its significantly cheaper than a couple other places. I figured I would just take it back with the receipt and have my money refunded. I was told that I couldn't get my refund because the rope was the kind that they had to pull out and cut and that they wouldn't be able to sell it now as everyone wants different lengths...I completely understand this. Seriously. It makes sense. I do not blame them at all however perhaps another angle could have been them taking it back and leaving it on the counter..even better maybe if they "eat" $4 or so and advertise it for $40. My sixth sense tells me that it would have sold within a month as now is the time of year people are outside and doing projects. Anyway, by not "eating" the $4, they have lost a customer. I am no means a regular customer. I'm probably there 2-3 times a year but when I'm there its for a reason and that is to buy something that they have. By not offering at least something, they will now lose more than $4. I will just...

I went to get salt the other day and was so pleasantly surprised to be greeted in a friendly manner from a boy named Nick. He gave me all the salt options to buy and chatted with me and brought it to my car while the other guy just as usual sits on his cell phone and doesn’t even greet you. I’m so happy to see Nick.
