Edited: so Melissa calls my wife asking about her appointment and instead of just saying I'm sorry me and your husband has differences, she talks to my wife about how mad I am and how I left a not so nice review. So now they lost my wife as a customer as well. Great business work there Melissa!

I took my previous review down, it pains me to even write this review. I absolutely loved going here and i use to think everyone was so friendly, for 2 years i recommended this place to everyone i knew! But that stops today sadly! For 2 years me and my son have been going here twice a month over $60 a month. But to my forgetfulness i have missed 4 appointment since august and today they got a little rude and said we are charging you took down my card over phone and took $15. I am cool with a cancellation policy, however there should be grace some sort of warning when making the appointments, (Hey you have missed 2 already if missed again we will charge you) But nope just a surprise charge. Melissa gave me an ear full on how this is food on their table and preceded to tell me how businesses should be ran she said we have our policy on the door and website. That's good but, i'm a simple guy i could care less about your website, and never read the signs on the door or counter. I apologized each time i missed and explain how it was due to my son starting school and my schedules was out of whack and not once did they reply with 'next time we will charge you'. But today i guess they decided to make an example out of me and ruined a $60 residual income for the business just to prove a point. Went in for a whole new hairstyle and color. Took photos, went for a consult before scheduling. My hair absolutely came out nothing like the pictures for the color I wanted. I wanted a shadow root, my roots are same distinct line break just darker because of dye. Big spots of dark in the lower part of back of hair where it looks like the dye from the roots dripped down into the blonde and dyed hair where it wasn't supposed to. Three or four foils were stuck in the front hairline so the right side of my part is platinum and the left side is dark brown like Cruella Deville style. I called back to let them know how disappointed I was. The owner just kept repeating our policy is to schedule for a redo if you're not happy. I’m from TN and we frequently come to the area. Because of the reviews finally came to my first appointment to get color. Lylith did a fantastic color treatment. She was attentive to my concerns and what I wanted. We travel so much it is difficult to get my hair done regularly and she thought about that with her treatment for me. My hair looks and feels great! I would book with her again when we visit and am excited to try out their other services while we are in the area. When I walked in, I felt the atmosphere was just so energetic and positive - and the owner even came to welcome me as my first time!
