United States Postal Service — Local services in Creal Springs

Just had 2 packages that they decided not to deliver so now it says held at customer request when no such request was made. One package was from Amazon so they even had to lie and say it was after 9pm in order to hold the one package. This is beyond frustrating as they never even made an attempt to deliver but yet they did put mail in my mailbox today. How can they actually get away with this? I'm sure no one's going to actually read this but still felt it needed...

Usually have great service and delivery but now it seems to be a norm for tracking info to say out for delivery then the package couldn't be delivered per customer request. We've never made the requests so I'm not sure what the real issue is. Since this usually happens on Saturday packages won't be delivered until Monday.
