Well organized tour! From time of check in, briefing, interpretive tour along the way, scary at first when they turn the boat around, but is super safe and lots of FUN! Would definitely recommend it to visitors and locals alike. If you are looking for adventure and unique experience on the Klamath, this is it! Been wanting to do it for years living in Humboldt and finally did it since I had family visiting. *maybe a recommendation is to offer a slight discount for locals of Del Norte & Trinity Co

Wonderful time. We saw some bears, eagles, herons and more. Worth the ride.

I’m the adrenaline junky in the family, and my wife is here for the scenery. Luckily our tour had a nice balance of both. Started off foggy near the mouth of the river, but the sun poked through later in the tour(as they advise, dress in layers). Lots of Bald Eagles and other awesome birds. Bring some binoculars, a jacket, and a sense of adventure. You’re in it for the ride of a lifetime. Can’t wait to go again with our family next time we are in town.

Horrible customer service. Do better.

Update: It’s really interesting how there are 5 brand new, fake 5 star reviews regarding this disgusting place. I’m assuming they were all posted by your petty employees who weren’t even there the day we were heavily disrespected? How can you trust that your coworker is being truthful? So not only are you faking reviews, you’re minimizing a very real and upsetting experience that my family had with your company. One of the reviews even mocked my family dealing with my dad’s cancer. My mom’s entire post was merely copied and pasted with the narrative changed to seem as it was the best experience they’ve ever had. All we wanted to do was be able to have one last family outing before my dad had his life altering surgery. Given the nature of his surgery, he will never be able to be near water again because if he were to fall in, his lungs will fill with water and he will drown. Not that it’s any of your business or that you would even care the slightest bit. I’m sure any decent human would, anyway.

You never know what is going on in someone’s life. It is so easy to be understanding and kind. God forbid we were confused as to why our appointment was canceled after driving an hour to get there. No phone call, no heads up. Just a worker shunning us and not answering our questions. Things happen, I get it, but to be so rude about it? I’m honestly happy we didn’t spend our money here. We’re already in debt due to cancer treatments as is. To say I’m frustrated and absolutely disgusted is an understatement.

Do the right thing and delete your fake reviews. Nobody wants to support a company of liars or people who think cancer is funny....

We enjoyed the boat ride. Bad experience with the office.

For the ride: Weather was spectacular. Water was pleasant. Saw a few eagles, a few ducks. No other wildlife. The boat captain was fun and relayed stores about points along the river. Strangely, he did not say a thing about the forest along the river. No banter like that;s a redwood, that's a doug fur, etc.

For that bad experience with the office. Pretty much inexcusable. The movable sign at road edge said the next boat ride was at 10AM. That sign was out the evening before and was in place at 9AM. The office was to open at 9AM. I was there calling their 800 number... no answer. I left their office 9:05AM without contact with the business. Returned at 9:40AM. The office was open. The sign now said next boat at 1 PM. The clerk said: --- The 10 AM boat ride had been canceled the previous day. --- The overnight sign never said 10 AM. (I dispute.) --- If I wanted to go out I should have called at 9AM, when she opened the business. (I was there.) From my view, my time was wasted and I was lied to. Don't like that at all. Best...

I would like to share my disappointment with this company.I called and reserved four spots for the 1 hour Blue Creek tour for 1pm on Friday, 6/13. The woman I talked to told me that everything was set for 1pm. My husband, kids, and I drove over an hour to get there by 12:30pm, only to be told that there would no longer be a boat tour at 1pm. She told me there was a 3pm but it was full. She also told me she tried to call me, but I did not receive any phone call.

The girl I talked to had no excuse or sympathy or alternative, and she actually seemed irritated that I was asking questions. She let it slip that there weren't enough people signed up, but then tried to make it look like I made a mistake and that there was never a 1pm boat ride.

The reason this ride was so important is that my husband was having a life-altering surgery the following Monday due to cancer, which would make it impossible for him to ever be near a body of water again. It was his last chance to be on a boat, so it was just really...
