Double Barrell Fireworks — Local services in Cresson

We spent a bit over $400 in fireworks for New Year's at this place. Over $250 of it just on mortars. One package of artillery we bought alone was $159 plus tax. We had to drive 45 minutes to find a place to safely fire our stuff, which was fine, except literally less than 30% of this huge artillery package did anything! I called the warehouse twice and spoke to a great employee, Megan. She said bring some of the bad shells and we could have either more fireworks or a refund. We decided a refund just due to the hard part of having a place to shoot more off. My husband gets there and he's told no refund. The owner is a serious jerk. I ask my husband if I can talk to the guy, I just want to explain what happened last night, and he refused to talk to me. So I called the store directly. The guy cut me off and said, "ma'am, I'm not talking to you, the guys are here, I'll talk to them, not you." And hung up on me!! I called Megan (she was even awesome enough to have given me her number the night before) she was pulling up & said she'd deal with the owner and get things taken care of. My husband called me back and said the guy still refused to refund anything, just offered us the larger package of mortars in exchange. Basically to get us out. What a horrible business man that won't even honor what a customer is told. We will NOT be back, because literally everything we bought from these guys was crap. The fuse came right out of the (crappy) finale we bought, so we had to rig it to go off, the other artillery package admittedly was nice, just a couple duds. Seriously, out of over $400 there was more disappointments with duds, fizzles and just junk than any enjoyment. Just go to another warehouse or regular stand. This place is horrid.

Edit: the owner ended up giving my husband a giant package of more mortars. My husband just accepted it for not wanting to deal with it anymore. The owner asked if this would make me happy. Um, no. We'll NOT be back. Stick by what you tell...

Probably one of the best firework buildings I've went to they have a large Supply and great prices. There are no buy-one-get-one-free gimmicks here everything is straightforward priced and they have most everything you would go searching for. A good piece of advice here is the most expensive ones aren't always the best the Chinese fireworks are awesome and cheap. The customer service is on point they really seem like they want...

Great selection and friendly staff. We've been coming here for a few years. The building is air conditioned and they have shopping carts. It's much nicer than standing outside in the heat and having to lift your kids up to be able to see what they have to offer. They have everything from the big box types to a wide selection of tanks/planes/funny...
