The bracelets I received were extremely stiff, smelled highly chemicals and the snap was extremely hard to snap close or open. I did email owner with these concerns (I'm ordering Christmas online this year as most ppl are to avoid going out. I told her just to keep the money and have happy holidays. Additionally, I left my personal review on her site which she declined to post.. As she doesn't post anything from ppl who are not happy with their purchase. My review was honest, why not post for others who may not be aware of the chemicals, or hard to snap closure? Someone who may not be able to put it on.
