I went to this location to get fitted for a suit for a wedding. The person that "helped" me just threw a coat on me, had me try on a pair of pants and that was it. No tape measure at all. Since the bride and groom had already selected the suit, I didn't think anything of it. He was having trouble finding my size, but said he would work on it and give me a call. Three days later I called them because I had not heard back. He tells me he had worked on it, but no luck yet, and he will call me by the end of the week and update me. Again no call. Call back the next week, says he cannot find anything and I need to talk with the bride/groom to figure out an alternative. I have a sneaking feeling ,that turns out to be true, he has not been doing anything to get more information on sizing.
Groom calls him and asks for information. He tells them he cannot find my size. When groom asks for my measurements so he can talk to the original store that took the order he doesn't have them.
So I have to go into the other location (where they have been very helpful) to get properly measured and fitted. They are still having an issue finding a vest because it was discontinued, but found the rest of the item without issue. Jos. Seven months ago, I purchased several shirts that fit impeccably, with an eighth button at the bottom hem that allowed for a secure, adjustable fit below the waist—ideal for keeping shirt tails in place during long workdays. However, my recent purchase left me disappointed.
Upon returning home, I discovered that the new Traveler dress shirts now have only seven buttons down the front, lacking that critical eighth button at the hem. This omission eliminates the adjustable feature I valued for a polished, professional look. It’s a surprising step back for a brand that once prided itself on precision and quality.

When you go to this location… you MUST ask for Marty!
He acknowledged my wife and I as soon as we came in. Told us he’d be with us as soon as he finished up with another customer, and was an absolute pleasure to work with! He enjoys what he does. Gives great advice on what would be best for me. And he made the experience super fun!
Had zero issues spending almost $1,000 today because of how awesome Marty was!
