We went in this weekend and had a great experience with sales person and spent thousands of dollars. Then we went home and took one pillow out and realized it was a different color under our lighting, and took it all back. We didn’t even unwrap or unbox anything. The owner was unreasonable. We came in and was even going to buy thousands more of furniture and asked to exchange everything. We were super friendly and he made comments like “well I don’t know about that” and acted like by just driving home on the trailer wrapped up the furniture was no good. Then he finally decided we could exchange it, only if we spent more money and paid a 35% restocking fee on thousands!!! …To restock furniture that was still wrapped and boxed. 10% would have been reasonable or maybe just a thanks for your business and for looking at more furniture. They beat others price and both the salesman and the delivery guys were very kind and made you feel as if you’ve known them all your life. They were very courteous and helpful they took time to make sure I was satisfied. Our first love seat had issues and I got a response very quickly and the issue was resolved within a couple of weeks and a replacement was sent out from my understanding Mr. Darcy himself inspected the replacement to make sure everything was working properly. And the new replacement not only worked properly but sat much more comfortable than the first one. Darcys has a great staff and you don’t find that in many places anymore they really took us as customers into consideration and made a point to assure our satisfaction and that means a lot. Amazing amazing amazing customer service! I dealt with this company completely through online communication, on my needs. I purchased a couch from a store in Louisiana, and 3 years later they were the only company I could find who carried my couch. I needed some replacement parts! Well let me tell you they went above and beyound to help me find these cushions through their manufacturing company and also communicated daily on where they were at in the process!
