NEVER BRING YOUR CAR TO GET WORKED ON HERE!!! this place charged me for parts that aren’t even on my car. they will scam you for money and they do terrible work. i’ve been bring 2 of my family’s cars here for oil changes and within the last 6 month both of those vehicles have broken down due to timing chain issues because of bad sludgy oil. while our silverado has been going to dondelinger and nothing has gone wrong with it and we always brought the cars in regularly for oil changes. my jeep grand cherokee went in for and oil change and a while later about 1000 miles before my oil change was due i noticed my check engine light came on. i thought it was weird but i brought it to 210 auto in brainerd and he came back and told me that the oil was terrible and slushy. right after that i found out the timing chain is bad and i have to pay $3300 to fix it. same with the other car as well. also my malibu went in for some leaks in the break lines. 500 miles later they’re leaking again and i have to bring it back in for rotors calibers and hopefully they will fix it this time. don’t waste your time and money going to this place, find a place who is honest and does good work. i’ll be taking my vehicles to 210 auto from now on they do...
Read moreRob was very responsive to my issue and got my car fixed in a hurry. Didn’t call me with any updates though. I found out it was fixed by calling myself the next day not expecting the car to be ready. I also noticed that Rob was not wearing a mask, but all customers in the waiting room were wearing masks at the time I dropped my car off. When picking my car up the next day I asked Rob why he wasn’t wearing a mask. He told me that he had a “Medical Condition”, and his doctor told him that he couldn’t wear a mask....
I did not know that something like this could possibly part of great customer service.
Well, if someone would lie to my face like that? How can I possibly trust him to be square with me and my vehicles.
Mask, no mask?.. your choice.... talk to a customer like that, and you lose business.
There are many other shops in the area, and even though I would like to go to this shop again, I never will. ...
Read moreMy minivan started acting up as we drove into Cross Lake on Friday. Needed a repair service and Napa came through big. The parts guys were super helpful - checking error codes and giving some guesses on the issue. The mechanic (Wayne I think) took on the work even outside of work hours to get us up and running by Sunday morning. He even came in on Saturday night to get it done. I think this isn't always the case so I wouldn't expect them to open the shop on the weekend - this was just our good luck. But these guys were super helpful, trustworthy and got us out of a bind. I'm thinking I'll drive my cars up from the Cities for regular service. Thanks for all...
