I can't believe what I just experienced with Behringer and these people. I had 3 B115D speakers brought to me because of the 200 dollar cost to transport EACH of them for warranty service (300.00 product). I found 7 bad capacitors w/my esr meter on the one I opened..replaced (one bursting) but replacing them didn't fix the issue! So I explored what getting a replacement module was going to cost. This repair center quoted me 130.00 and so I figured that would be cheaper than my labor time and also found it was under warranty and expressed to Behringer how unfair it was that people have to pay 2/3 the value to get it fixed. It would be cheaper to just buy the new module and install it here. They did the sane thing and offered to fix the other two and send a pickup tag for them. DONE. BUT he part wasn't in stock to fix the 3rd unit whose warranty i voided exploring the situation as I was told to do by the owner who didn't tell me it was warranty at the time.
So we waited...and waited..and I called and they told me it's not there yet. Yesterday i got yet another one with same no-power-up symptom. I called again and was told by the lady who wasn't Stacy that I'm lying about being given a quote! They don't sell parts!!! WHat? She calls me rude for being offended that she's calling me a liar and hangs up. Someone needs accountability for how they are treating people. I got a cheaper quote from Full Compass. If anyone needs these repaired I highly recommend saving the pain and just get it from them and plug things in and go...
Read moreThe lady at the front desk is absolutely awful. The gentleman is nice, I dropped off my TV and he said I should hear early in the next week about the status. I ended up hearing back around 10 days later which, since I didn't need the TV badly, wasn't a big deal. I did call a week after and a rude lady answered the phone and said, "Well if you don't have the paper you were given we can't look you up." I inquired as to why they couldn't look me up by name, address, or any other information and she said that just wasn't possible. Very unhelpful and rude. Then I received a voicemail about how the warranty did not cover fixing the TV and how they needed to hear back from me about how I wanted to proceed. I called back immediately and the day after. Once nobody answered. The other time the phone kept ringing without any voicemail. Finally I got through today and politely tried to tell her how nobody answers their phones and how their voicemail system is faulty.
Response: She said, "Well we didn't hear from you anyways so we threw away your TV. Our voicemails are just fine." She then hung up on me.
If I was this business owner, I would want to know about whoever this clown is answering the phones. A bad staff can kill a business. What a horrible woman.
Also, it is clear that the positive reviews for this place are massively skewed. Negative reviews reflect a lot of what I have said about some mysterious and cranky woman who is rude to customers.
Positive one's are left by the same person... clearly a very skewed...
Read moreAvoid this place unless you like to wait 2 months to receive a broken amplifier . Had to call pioneer being it was a warranty item sent to them from pioneer. After receiving a rude email talking to me like I'm some child about there policy that the lady before seem to be ok with. No Telling how long it would take to get it if I hadn't . Finally I received my amp and it had a broken mounting foot . The gain and freq turned wide open that blew both fuses in the amp and my 100 amp main. Was told it must have been "broken in shipping" by FedEx luckly I'm not some stupid child and took video when the FedEx guy handed me the package ,while I opened it and hooking it up before I stopped recording . They ask for pictures to file a claim that I immediately sent and then nothing for 3 weeks till I had to contact them again where I was met with the same attitude and wanting me to pay to ship my amp back to them so it can be repaired . I think not. so now I'm frustrated and will be taking matters over with FedEx myself and have a gut feeling since I was told the claim has been filed and closed already with FedEx (without my knowledge or even a update )and informed I can't file another claim . Hmm I can and I will since it's my property that was In there possession and they was paid to fix it by pioneer . Calling FedEx the minute I get off...
