Acadia Crawfish Co. — Local services in Crowley

I wish I could give more stars to these great folks but 5 is all they allow. I ran late getting here and arrived just as the whole crew was locking the front door and climbing into their cars to go home for the night.

Yet, when they saw me pull up, they unlocked the door and ALL went back inside to help me!

I kept saying how much I appreciated the extra effort and their response was simply, "Hey, it's our job, this is what we do."

Unelievably humble and super friendly, even though it was 5:00 and I was holding them up from getting home to their families.

BTW, I'm a truck driver so this was no small order, they had a whole truck to unload and yet they did it without hesitation!

This is a great company. The order process is smooth as silk. They have several configurations to order in, and you get a well pack shipment sent out on time and ready. Acadia's customer service is fabulous. Even after issues with the shipping carrier (NOT Acadia's issue), Acadia was supportive, late in the day they were able to make things happen so that our celebration was not ruined. When I was at Lee Lee's Supermarket in Tucson, the Acadia crawfish was right next to bags of some random Crawfish that was a 'product of Egypt.' Of course, I chose the Louisiana brand. Big mistake, as this whole bag of Crawfish was so mushy that you couldn't even pull the tail out of a 3rd of the bag without the meat breaking down. I was actually concerned that food poisoning was going to result of trying to eat it. I really hope that this was just a bad bag, as LA is the Crawfish Capitol...
