This would of been a 4 if they told me ahead of time that there was no audio system or Kitchen access. The site says plus kitchen and when i called they said there would speakers and a microphone. There was not. I paid around three hundred to rent for 3.5 hours. The room was spacious and there was plenty of room. They did give me access 30 min prior which helped me get everything set up.
