I gave them every chance I could, but my orders kept getting messed up. When I mentioned it the staff they got very rude. One lady that works there always hated me for some reason. Then another got rude with me, so I blew up and walked out. I have a lot of prescriptions and they just couldn't keep them straight, so now I have to go out of town for my prescriptions. Would really have liked to keep going there, but like I said, one lady absolutely hated me, and after another got rude with me I just couldn't go there anymore. So I blew up and walked out without getting a prescription that was important for me to keep taking. I know other pharmacies aren't much better, but at least they're open 7 days a week. They lost a good customer when I walked out. But I don't need the extra stress. So long Hometown. Edit: So in response to Hometowns awful response to my review, if you didn't want to be yelled at, you shouldn't be rude to your customers. One lady always hated me and she's verbally attacked me before and I looked the other way. You have given no response to that. It was when another employee got snotty with me that I could no longer just be silent. And profanities? I've worked in the restaurant business all my life, what I did is just a daily occurrence , must be nice to work somewhere that allows it's workers to be rude and doesn't yell at them for it. Maybe if you did they wouldn't have made me feel awful when I called in my prescriptions, and you wouldn't be getting a bad review. And not allowing me back? I said I'd never be back, lol. You can't throw me out when I'm already gone 😂. I don't feel bad in the slightest. I just hope that anyone seeing this review and has had the same experience doesn't feel alone. And I've seen other people get mad before, so you're definitely not worth a 5 star rating. Hopefully you learn how to handle more complicated orders in the future. A pharmacy has to get things right, more so than almost any other business. When you couldn't handle that responsibility, and be professional about it, I had to leave. I mean, you couldn't handle a 3 prescription order, that's pretty bad. I know other places can at least do that. Which is why I'm forced to change pharmacies. But if saying you kicked me out makes you feel better, more power to ya. You're lucky I didn't file an official complaint, as you refused to fill a valid prescription, and are now refusing to fill any prescriptions. Actually, filing a complaint sounds like a good idea, I might...
Read moreFrom the moment I walked in, I could tell this pharmacy was exceptional! I was having difficulty finding the right garments to manage my lymphedema, and rather than just sell me something, Bridget W. took the time to truly understand my needs. As an Occupational Therapist, she is not only knowledgeable but also incredibly warm, friendly, and genuinely interested in helping. Bridget went above and beyond, guiding me to the proper supplies online that were best suited for my situation. I can't recommend this pharmacy...
