I honestly can't say enough great things about Amberly and her company!!! Losing our Great Dane was a huge loss to our family that hit us out of the blue, fine and playing oneday and the next can barley walk or even drink, we lost him him on a Sunday evening just before dark, so I called HeavenLee Companion Aquacremations and right away just the kind and caring conversation made the process so much easier, Amberly and her family drove over a hour to pickup our big boy and in 2 days we got him back with so much attention paid to the detail and care in the work she's done,I can't imagine receiving him in a more perfect way, my family and I while still heartbroken we still have our Kragen here with us forever. Hi, I just wanted to provide the most outstanding recommendation for HeavenLee Companion Inc. My beloved golden retriever Heathcliff was declining and as he weighed 125+ pounds I was not able to dig a grave and bury him in my back yard with all the other angels who have passed away. I am personally horrified of cremation and was so relieved when I found this site that would do aquamation. I had never heard of it before nor had any of my friends. Amberly was responsive answering my call right away and when the time came able to retrieve Heathcliff that afternoon. She was very compassionate and kept me posted at each step of the way. Her text that afternoon saying "Heathcliff is with me now" still brings tears to my eyes even as I write this. A few days later a staffer came by with a beautiful array of things. A gorgeous wood box with my inscription on there. A picture of Heathcliff; somehow s he managed to erase the background around him. A nose print, pawprint, locket of hair in a heart shaped paperweight and more. I don't know how she makes any money because the price was incredibly reasonable. I have box, his prints and sympathy cards on display in my kitchen. This was such a sweet and loving organization that took care of my baby as gently as I believe they would do for their own. There are few things in life worse for pet-parents than the agony of saying a final goodbye to their fur-baby. We had to unexpectedly do just that on the Saturday after Christmas. With it being a weekend, of course our regular vet’s office was closed. We contacted Dr. Moriah Lorge (our neighbor had used her medical services for one of their pets and told us how wonderful she is). Dr. Lorge immediately agreed to come to our home to help us. Dr. Lorge partners with HeavenLee Companion Aquamation, so she contacted them for assistance. They, like Dr. Lorge, are true angels on earth. They were incredibly kind, considerate, and empathetic to what we were experiencing. After caringly sending our baby over the Rainbow Bridge, they took our beloved Zeus. Amberly called us on Sunday to guide us through the process. By Thursday (not even a week later) we had our baby back. Although we miss him dearly, knowing that he is back home with us is helping us better deal with the loss. All of the keepsakes are beautiful. We are eternally grateful to Dr. Lorge and Amberly for providing such incredibly caring help during this sad time. We hope we don’t need to call them any time soon for our other fur-baby, but because of Dr. Lorge and Amberly, we know we will be more at peace when...
