I was thrilled when I found him online and read how personal and professional his reviews were. So I called him and told him what I had to offer, where we then set the first meeting time, only to call me and tell me he forgot he had something to do that day. Which was fine I didn't mind at all, we talked about plans for the next day as long as he had an hour or so in advance notice. I called him first thing the next morning to let him know I was still interested. He said he'd made other plans for that day that he'd be finished by 430 or around... I said that's great, whenever you are ready! 5 pm passed, 530 pm passed, I called. My fiancé called, I texted, my fiancé text! Needless to say we still haven't heard a word back from him! We corresponded with him for 2 days, the courtesy of letting us know he was passing on the opportunity would at least have been appreciated! Unfortunately I have to leave a negative review as John didn't show up for our appointment.

I hope I don't regret posting this, as the only thing that makes sense is that a medical emergency came up, and I certainly don't want that to be what happened.

John was very courteous and polite on the phone, and always answered on the first or 2nd ring prior to our appointment. In fact, he had me call him the night before our appointment to remind him and confirm our appointment.

When he didn't show, of course now he did not answer calls, texts, or emails. I made sure to email and haven't heard back that way either. So the lost phone excuse that he used on Kelsey doesn't hold this time.

Based on other reviews, I was excited to find a reputable and fair coin dealer and was disappointed to learn that was not the case.
