Well at first it was great, I had the gold package, bundled with Internet and home phone I got all the cable channels, all the movie channels etc. I paid about $140.000 a month, then after a year it went up to about $189.00 plus. Cause they only give you a deal for a year or so then everything goes up, I also dont remember the guy that sold me the cable mentioning that after a while my bill would go up. Internet has gotten slower, on the premium movie channels they show the same thing over and over, I can go get it out of Red Box faster than they premier movies i only really watch HBO and Epix. and if the Internet goes out I don't have a Landline. And have no phone service, so if I have a heart attack I better hope the cable has not gone out, cause if it does I can't call anyone. And yes don't let them fool you, I have heard them advertise that their cable won't go out or be interrupted, oh yes it does, especially when it storm's and the storm can be a ways away and it still will go out. Then sometime late at night they will cut it off, sometimes for 7-10 hours at a time, I don't know if they are updating things at night and think no one is watching. But I am and now I have no t.v. and I am never credited for this when they decide to do this I pay for this and can't even watch.. this makes me extremely angry. So do your homework cause, you do lose cable sometimes, even know they say nothing interrupts...
Read moreHave lost internet connection every single day...all day long! It will go out, 10 min later it will come back on for just a min or two, then out again! Tech (on the phone) said that it may be my computer since unplugging the modem seemed to work. So if it is my computer, then it would also be my husbands and both of our smart TV's broken at once. They refuse to believe that it is on their end...not mine. Also many people I know have had the same issues as us since the storm we had on May 20th. We have pretty much been out of internet since! Did not want to give any stars...but it will not let you post without awarding them at least 1...they deserve way less than that! CHARTER/SPECTRUM...GIVE US WHAT WE PAY FOR! FIX IT!

Read moreDon't ever file a damage claim with them. They don't care if they mess up your property. During installing of my cable service they fried 2 TVs and a video game system. So filed a damage claim and they denied the claim saying it was an electrical issue in the outlet even though the outlet was powering the TV just fine till they hooked up the cable box. Even tried to prove the installer wrong after the first TV fried by using a different outlet in a different room and that outlet was powering one of there boxes already. But it also fried the 2nd TV. Anyone with common sense could figure out its not an electrical issue from that. So had an electrical company come out and inspect it. Well there is no issue with the electrical. Sent them the letter from the electrical company as an appeal and they still denied it. What a crock...
