My wife and kids are their right now. This place is a joke. The staff is rude and 2 of them that look like they could be twins are bulling my 12 year old son and threatening him and his friend. Making gestures like they want to cut their throats. This is the first and last time I will spend any money at this place. The owners should be ashamed of themselves. Its no wonder the place is empty on spring break week. And also those wonderful remolded bathrooms......why do they have dollar store tension rods and shower curtains in them?....Update.....I was wrong about the two older boys that were picking on my kids.....they dont work their. I think they were regulars. Eather way the staff was rude and accused my kids of starting stuff with them and they did not start it. Go Pros are wonderful things and the whole night was captured on video. I will be posting the video on you tube for the world to see. These day and times cams are everywhere and you should be mindful of your surroundings. As a business, you cannot treat or allow your customers to be treated this poorly and expect someone to come back. First and last time customers ......... it's also funny how there was a total of 17 people in the building all night six of them were employees and 5 of them were my family. That left six people that were paying customers Tuesday night and suddenly after I leave a bad review there are five good ones of people who supposedly were there on Tuesday night some with three children they claim. Funny how one bad review that is true I may add can spark so many good reviews so quickly. And all from new users with only one or two posts they don't look like true reviews to me but you the people be the judge of that also who puts the date on their posts nobody does not the way it was put on several of those posts in the same way it all looks kind...

I am sharing my letter to the owner with you all, it is personal, but i think if others see it, it may help them decide to try this place out! Not only did i recieve a response from the owners, it was so genuine and kind. Thank you! "We came to open skate today for our first time ever. We have a 15 year old with severe autism so I was EXTREMELY nervous going in initially, even though we went with his sister as well who help him along. The women at the entrance needs a raise. I think she could sence my anxiety as I chewed off half my nails in just trying to figure out if this was a good idea or not, and she made EVERYTHING better. She was so incredibly kind, and helpful. It wasn't just at check in either. It was every single time we met eyes. At 4:50 they announced skate was over ( he could bot do it this time bit we will work on it ) and the song Let's Groove Tonight came on. My son went from sad at the table to this huge smile. The same girl was cleaning the tables and I asked if there was a way to turn it up just a bit so he could hear it while better while we got our shoes back on. She dropped what she doing and RAN. My son and I got to dance and he was THRILLED. It is all he can do now is dance to that song since we left over 2 HOURS AGO. I will come back 1000000 times even if he can never skate solely based off how accepted we were. I left in tears, but the absolute best kind. Thank you for staffing her, I wish I had got her name but I was to in the moment to think of asking! So I included as much as I could so hopefully you know who I am talking about! Facility is great, if all of the arcade machines, bathroom stalls, etc. worked! And there is no heat in the skate issuance area (poor girl had to endure the cold)!Probably a great place for parents to drop their kids off (and they do) to act out! The “referee” employee kids (probably 16-20 years old) that work there really should just get off of the floor or get off their cell phones - they didn’t do anything by way of supervising or keeping everyone from running into each other. When there was an incident of crashing, and the issue was confronted by myself, the establishment immediately sided with the child at fault (my wallet was taken on the floor out of my pants as he slid under myself and child), regardless of the facts. Law enforcement showed up and I was able to “talk the establishment down.” Nevertheless, it is lawless and apparently, they can’t admit they’ve got a problem! I guess if I were the owner I’d have a good thing going - only my food, only my drinks, and MY rules (though none of those “rules” are in effect)! I’d hate to think that all of those sales weren’t being reported for tax purposes.. Anyway, I guess there isn’t much else to do in town, so this will continue until something more heinous occurs and this place is forced to shut down. Take accountability for your issues, and I’ll...
