Sudden Service — Local services in Cumberland City

Have been a long time customer at this location. Since my daily route to work recently changed, I started going in more frequently. EVERY visit is wonderful but my favorite is their BLT at lunchtime! The toast is always warm and golden brown, the bacon is perfectly done, lettuce is always bright green fresh and crisp; the tomatoes are so flavorful. It's all topped off with the perfect amount of creamy mayo...making it bigger than my face!

Of course, I think the food is amazing. But it has NOTHING on the employees. On two separate occasions, my usual order hadn't been made before my arrival time (they stay busy at lunchtime so I understand how it can happen) The second time, the store manager refused to let me pay! It made me feel like I mattered and my time mattered. Naming names would be unfair since the entire team in this store deserves to be recognized!

The store is always clean (Even the bathrooms ladies!) On late night visits, employees are super friendly and very helpful. You can see Sudden Service for miles because it is well lit and easily accessible so I feel safe every time I stop. If there ever was a formula for good business, location #61 has mastered it!

I've been coming here for years and have always found it to be the best Sudden Service. The current staff is GREAT- customer service is FANTABULOUS-as they are the most friendly, courteous and hard working group I've seen in a long time.
