Valley Discount Grocery — Local services in Cumberland Valley Township

What an absolute hidden gem! I came across Valley Discount Grocery last weekend and am so glad I did. They had everything there, including unbeatable prices for nespresso capsules. I ended up leaving with 9 boxes of the Starbucks capsules for a fraction of the price if I purchased from a big box retailer.

You can tell Sean and his team are so passionate about their store. Sean answered all the questions I had and had a hilarious sense of humor. It’s great when a place is more than just their products.

I highly recommend dropping by if you’re in the area or even making the trip! I promise it’ll be worth it. I know I’ll be shopping from them repeatedly...

You can get a cart full of groceries for $100 like you used to be able to in the 90's!!

I highly recommend this place! All of their food is priced at a great deal, and some are fantastic deals! Their selection of food is better than any other discount grocery!! Plus they have local produce in the refrigerator!! Sean is the owner, and is always in the store working. He is so friendly and remembered me from one year earlier when I stopped by while driving through for work.

Stopped in here for some supplies on our way to an event nearby. They were about to close and the man working there made sure to let us know it was no rush. Prices are VERY low on a lot of things. This sort of thing doesn't really exist where we're from and that's a shame. I used to work at a place that sold dry goods and we threw dented cans out constantly. It drove me nuts knowing there's people out there who'd happily eat that food. The guy who checked us out was very friendly...
