Venkat tutored me during distanced learning when I was really struggling with Calc AB. He explains concepts incredibly clearly and will gladly take the time to explain in more detail if needed. I got a 5 on the Calc AB test and flew through Calc BC because I easily grasped all the concepts after working with him. I really like to know how and why things work instead of just plugging numbers into a function. Venkat does a great job of actually explaining how and why different concepts apply to a function instead of simply plugging in numbers which is hugely helpful. I recently came back to him for help with a college level Physics C Electricity and Magnetism class which was moving way too fast for me to keep up. He has made concepts way more clear than they were initially explained in class, and I have gotten high A's on every single test I've taken since going to him for help. Venkat is an excellent physics tutor and helped me catch up to pace when I was sick with Covid. Despite only starting his classes towards the end of the school year, I saw a huge difference in my academic performance. He focuses a lot on teaching concepts and makes sure you understand the purpose of every step you take to solve a problem. Prior to attending his classes, I approached problems with the brute-force method, simply solving problems based on the steps that got me to the right answer.
