At first everything was great! The day we purchased the items communication was great. Then the day if delivery, no communication and they were late so I was messaging them to find out eta since they didnt inform me of the delay in the time frame. Then they didnt come at all. It did rain and I understand that. But communication is a huge thing for me. The fact I had to keep texting/calling to find out what's going on instead of them contacting me was a my first red flag. 2nd red flag, the dryer wouldn't work. We called repeatedly trying to get them to come look at it. They finally did and said it was a blown fuse and replaced it and left. Shortly after the dryer blew the fuse again. Again took a while to get them to come out. When they did they said the wiring in the house wasn't strong enough for the dryer so we had the wiring replaced at a cost of course and guess what......dryer still didnt work. So they brought a different one and this one works, but you have to run it on 70 minutes twice to dry one load. 3rd red flag, the refrigerator we got the ice maker and the freezer don't work. I again contacted them and they responded saying thank you for contacting and asked for my address and I responded. No one showed up. The next day I contacted again and no response at all. I contacted a 3rd time and no response so I gave up with them and canceled my lease agreement and now at MORE expenses on my end have to rent a truck and take these non working appliances to a disposal location that is only open until 4:30 in the afternoon so I get to rent a truck $ and take off work $ to dispose of non working appliances. How in the world are y'all giving them 5 star reviews? I bought a beautiful refrigerator from them that turns out didn't work as soon as we got it. Took 3 weeks of begging for them to take a look at it and fix it. It was 4oz low on freon. It worked! Cool! A week later.... BAM! I tried calling, going up there, everything. They will do what they can to avoid you unless you're buying from them. When I do go up there, others have the same issue. One couple was on their 3rd set of washer and drier because the other 2 didn't work. It's still sitting in the garage to this day. Broken. They also have a place off 75 in Willis. STAY AWAY FROM THESE SHADY MONEY...
