Our stay with The Pineapple Doors was nothing short of exceptional!! Hands down will be staying at Tessa’s properties for the rest of my stays down in Carillon. The property was beautifully designed with every detail thoughtfully curated for comfort and relaxation. We were just a walk away from the most gorgeous private beaches, and the local recommendations provided by the hosts made our trip even more special. The cleanliness and attention to detail were unmatched, and the personal touches made us feel right at home. Not to mention them going above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed to make sure our baby girl was happy & comfortable. There’s the sweetest mercantile shop below where you can pick up a gift for your little one to remember their first beach trip by, rent bikes or snag anything you might of forgotten at home. Convenience is everything to this mommy.

It’s clear that this was no ordinary beach rental. The modern amenities, cozy furnishings, and tasteful décor made it the perfect home away from home. We loved having easy access to a nearby pizza restaurant and the most amazing wine shop, the salty bottle, with the best recommendations from Lauren. The lemon pepper wings at the pizza shop in the little community village just below the property were finger licking good. The Pineapple Doors is the perfect choice. You are 5 minutes away from 30A but without the chaos of the busy public beaches. It’s like the best kept secret that I have to share. Can’t wait...

Our stay at Pineapple Doors in Carillon Beach was nothing short of perfect! From the moment we walked in, we were blown away by the stunning decor, spotless cleanliness, and thoughtful touches throughout the home. It truly felt like a luxurious retreat!

The layout was ideal for our bachelorette group—spacious, comfortable, and equipped with everything we could need. The kitchen was fully stocked for our group dinners, and the multiple lounging areas gave us plenty of room to hang out together!

The location was unbeatable! Just a short walk to the pristine beach, adorable shops, and restaurants. The neighborhood itself is so charming and safe, making it even more enjoyable for a girls' weekend!

The hosts were amazing—responsive, kind, and they made sure we had everything we needed to make the weekend unforgettable!

I recently stayed at The Penthouse Beach Retreat and it was nothing short of amazing. From the moment you walk in you immediately feel peace and relaxation. The decor is beautiful and very inviting. The double water view with the lake and ocean were breathtaking and we enjoyed coffee in the morning and drinks at sunset from the balcony.

The layout of this property was perfect for our girls trip, everyone had plenty of space and the decor of the bedrooms with King sized beds make you feel like you’re truly on vacation. This property was fully stocked with everything you could possibly need including a full kitchen and a foldable cart with beach chairs.

This would also be an amazing spot for families as it’s about a short 5 minute walk to the beach and has pools and hot tubs on property. The shops and restaurants in Carillon are right around the corner!
