(Disclaimer I went here about 3 months ago but am just now getting around to reviewing) I was enticed by the many great reviews and pictures, but unfortunately I wasn't happy my results. I asked for the first attached picture, and since I had pulled it straight from their facebook figured that they would be able to decently replicate it. But instead of the highlights being well-blended with the brown, it came out chunky and stripe-y, more akin to early 2000s Kelly Clarkson. You can see towards the bottom it becomes brassy where the previous color was not fully corrected, whereas the picture I showed them was cool/ashy. I really wanted to like it and was in denial at the salon, but upon closer inspection it's not great. I ended up going to another salon and spent another $300 to fix it. The main reason I'm not leaving one star is because the I liked my experience otherwise. The customer service was good (the hair stylists are nice yet not too chatty) and the place was clean and had good music playing. It's a shame because I wanted to like this place since it was also less expensive than other places I've been (~$150 with tip). Did I just get a stylist on their off day or something?

Tiffany’s Salon is a gem in Houston. The work, attention, and care that you recieve there is unbeatable! I called in last minute and they were able to get an appointment for me the same day. I asked for Tiffany, who personally texted me from her cell about what I wanted to do that day. I shared photos of what I was looking for (balayage/ombrĂ©) and she sat me down and thoroughly bleached, processed and shampooed my hair afterwards. She noticed a spot wasn’t as blended (it washed off while processing, no one’s fault) and even went back in with bleach again to make sure it looked perfect. Tiffany is fun, detail oriented, and even gave me tons of recommendations of resturants around since I’m not from the area. My mother even got her hair cut after seeing how fast and personal they were about getting it done right. Thanks Samantha! 😘 My hair feels healthy and the color is exactly what I wanted. Compared to alot of other salons, the pricing was affordable for the love and care you get from Tiffany’s Salon! The base price is ~$165 for bayalage, depending on your hair. Thanks for making me feel alive again! I’ll definitely be coming back. 💛

A very disappointing experience for both my husband and I. He went in for a simple men's haircut and came out with his shirt ruined. Apparently there was hair dye chemical on the chair and they asked him to sit on it. Unknowingly, he did and now he has permanent orange spots all over the back of his shirt (see pic below). Secondly, I went in for a women's haircut. All that I requested was to chop 3 inches off. There was no wash, no styling, etc. Tiffany decided to charge me $35! I think it's ridiculous considering that: 1). The price list states women's haircut starts at $15 (how can a simple haircut costs more than double the base price?!) 2). Other reviewers on here stated that she was charged only $25 for wash, cut, and styling! Prices should not vary depending on how Tiffany feels that day. It should be based on services rendered. My husband and I are truly disappointed with this salon.

I decided to come back after 2 months of letting my hair color settle with several washes. I knew Tiffany was sincerely apologetic the first time when she was not able to achieve the look, and color I had wished for. She invited me back, though I was slightly hesitant, due to the last experience with her assistant, and with my hair being a bit over processed.

Regardless, I'm truly happy with the way my hair came out this time around. I reached out to Tiffany via text message, and she responded to me immediately. She of course, remembered who I was and agreed to fix my hair even though I waited 2 months to come back to her. I decided to go darker this time around, and she executed the color perfectly! I'm extremely happy and can't thank her enough. I even asked if she could fix my bob, and I am in LOVE with how it looks! Not many people can perfect a bob cut, but Tiffany really took the time to give me the perfect bob I wanted!

Overall, I am pleased with how my hair came out! She also deep conditioned my hair to help revive my hair a little bit. Her other stylist came to assist with blow drying my hair voluntarily, which I thought was so nice of her. This also helped with speeding up the process for both Tiffany and myself, since the process was about 2.5 hours long.

Everyone at the salon was super friendly this time around. I think I prefer coming on a weekday to help alleviate the craziness. I came on a Saturday last time, and that could have probably been the reason why I did not have a pleasing experience.

Tiffany has a lot of heart and she really made up for the last time, because she knew how upset and unhappy I was. I really trust Tiffany this time around, and happy that I came back. I can't wait to come back for a root touch up and trim. My hair is unbelievably soft and I feel super confident again! Thank you Tiffany and her staff for giving me a better experience than last time! Definitely will recommend this salon to all my...

DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! PAID $280 COLOR FADES IN 2 WEEKS!!! Came here by friend’s recommendation. I was so excited to get a silver-gray color for the first time with TIFFANY. She finished my hair in 3 hours and it looked good.

Came home and noticed that the roots were not colored. The color wasn’t even at all! It was 2 tones in my hair which is silver and gold, which looked I have a line in my hair. My hair now has split ends and break very easily which never happen before.

She told me come back to fix it. She said will toner my hair to darker silver. I said I don’t mind if it is still in silver-gray color. She said “YES” and toner my hair to a very dark color (to cover her mistake). It did look a bit gray in the salon and after a night it faded to dark brown color which looked as if I had never got my hair done!!!

Came back to fix a second time. I kept telling her I want a silver-gray color, and make sure your color won’t fade again. She said “No Worry”. Instead of bleaching my hair and put the color back on to stay longer and then SHE TONERED MY HAIR AGAIN!!! COLOR STILL NOT WHAT I WANTED.

Asked friends who usually get their hair done and they tell me because she uses the very strong bleach to color faster my hair (it usually takes 7-8hours and 2 time bleach) that’s why my hair got damaged so bad !!!

Color faded more brown AFTER 2 weeks. I told her I want a refund (at least half). She started to blame me because I shampoo too often (to keep the color I only shampoo one-twice a week with purple shampoo). After I said because she didn’t make my hair right for the first time, she said because my hair need 2 times bleach (then why not tell me when I show picture) and said WILL NOT REFUND ME, she can only toner for me if I want.

How could the color stay well only with toner, it just destroyed my hair. WILL...

I had never had someone truly ruin my hair until I came to this place. I asked tiffany to redo my roots from a previous balayage (which a different, far more qualified hair salon did) and warned her to be gentle since my hair was already damaged due to being a swimmer and having bleached hair. I have been doing balayage for 4 years now. No one before her literally burned off my hair and made a majority of it 2 inches long. She left the bleach in my hair for over an hour. I was super upset, it was BURNING my skin (I have bald patches from chemical burns), and she wasn’t coming to rinse it. When she finally did, it was burned off. She tried to blame the fact that I swim for her mistake (I hadn’t even been in a pool in 4 months). Every time she tried to blame me because I swim, she did it very loudly so that the other customers wouldn’t feel uncomfortable after seeing her take the foil off my head with half of my hair still on it. I was there from 11:30am-4pm with bleach in my hair for the majority of that with the process of her applying it and then leaving it in for so long. I can’t believe she didn’t take responsibility. She told me that she would charge me for the chemicals and not the service, and then I started looking at my hair more closely and she said “no cost!” and pushed me out the door before I noticed it more. She tired super hard to cover the damage and then charge me money. Only a true crook will do that kind of damage, cover it up, and then try to charge you. It’s offensive and caused me a lot of mental stress. I’m starting a new job soon and I will have hair like a crack head for the foreseeable future because I chose to come here. Tell everyone you know to...
