I was so excited to get my nails done for my upcoming trip to Italy, but my excitement was crushed when I walked away with HIDEOUS nails. I wanted to mimic the Italy flag( š®š¹ in shellac)with a dark glittery red and a glittery emerald, but I ended up with bright red and green childish colors. I didnāt even know the nail techs name, because she wasnāt wearing a name tag. The original color I picked out (dark red) came out orange so she restarted with a new colorāthat literally looked the exact sameā and she said that it would get darker. It didnāt. She also chose a different green color than the one I originally wanted, and I asked her about it and she said it would get darker. It didnāt. I also asked for a SUPER simple design that anyone could do, and she said she couldnāt. I had to settle for a REALLY simple design and she still messed it up. It literally looks like I let a child paint my nails but I paid a whopping $35 for it in the end. When I went home, I had to file the sides of my nails where the leftover paint was and I tried to clean the undersides of my nails that had paint everywhere, but I couldnāt. I got my nails done yesterday but Iām going to take them off today( Iāll rip them off if I have to) and redo them myself because Iām ashamed to be...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI enjoyed my first visit. I returned for a refill and pedicure. Very disappointed with my 2nd visit. I pointed out a coverage issue on the first nail that the tech did. She said it would be ok and to let her finish. I wondered if she understood me. She finished, and the coverage issue was now on all of my nails. I told her I didnāt like it and she would need to re-do my nails. She looked at me dumbfounded. She wanted the redo in Gel or dip. I only wanted acrylic as I previously had. Her friendly attitude was totally gone. There is a real language barrier here. I believe all nail salons should have at least one person who is fluent in English. Iām not sure anyone at this salon totally comprehends English. No one in this place wears a name tag, so even if you love your service you canāt request anyone by name. My pedicure was fantastic and my generous tip showed her my appreciation. There are so many Nail Salons in Cypress. I wonāt be returning to...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThis is our second visit to this establishment for pedicures. Unfortunately, the first time resulted in a painful experience for my husband, as they mishandled his toes. Now, during our second visit, they poorly treated my feet, causing pain, especially with the uncomfortable application of alcohol and acetone. The pedicurist's attempt to justify the pain made the experience even worse. In my 25 years of getting pedicures, this ranks among the worst experiences. Proceed with caution if you choose to visit this place, and I hope your experience is better. Needless to say will...
