I visited for the first time today and was automatically targeted as a suspicious shopper. It was very apparent and I have never felt like such "trash" before, bc that is what a thief is, trashy.

I walked in, verbally and physically acknowledged the 2 shopkeepers, one who had the most cold look on her face, very unfriendly and looked at me in a suspicious manner. No smile. Never stopped looking at me until I walked away to the left of the store. She wasn't doing any task. She just stood, looking at me.

The other lady, the same, but at least said hello. The one lady followed me through the entire perimeter of the store. Not once did she ask me, "Can I help you?" Not once did she say, "Are you looking for anything in particular?" If she had, I would have told her exactly what I was looking for. This, by the way, is the PROPER way to surveil your store to keep an eye on your customers. Not follow them around very apparently; that makes a very rude statement (non-verbal, of course) that says: I'm watching you. I've singled out you.

It's inappropriate, it's not the correct and mannerly form to prevent shoplifting. I will never be back and I won't ever forget how u made me feel. Whether you purposefully wanted to make someone feel bad today, I will never know. But u did.

Put up cameras visibly. Put up the large round mirrors. And yes, keep walking around your store. But talk to your customer. Ask them while they are in the store shopping if you can help them. Ask what they are looking for.

Treat everyone the SAME or treat them like you care....

SHE HAS A SIGH THAT SAID ALL SALES FINAL.. HOW EVER I ASK HER IF SHE TELLS ALL HER CUSTOMERS THAT ALL SALES ARE FINAL.. SHE SAID NO BECAUSE THE SIGHN IS POSTED.. GUESS WHAT U CANT EVEN SEE IT BECAUSE ITS AROUND SO MUCH OTHER DECOR IT JUST BLENDS IN WITH IT.. SO NOT ONLY DID I GET A BROKEN ELECTRONIC THAT I DIDN'T EVEN WANT.. Very disappointed!! I rented a space from there for over a year. Paid my monthly booth rent if I did not sell enough to cover. This past month I started a new job where my hours are 10 to 6 (same hours they are open) I was not able to make it up there to add more items to my spot. So unfortunately I did not sell anything for the month of September. The owners Nancy and Don - decided to terminate my booth due to not selling anything - when all they are upset about is them not making any commission. This is very bad business. If the owners are so worried about money maybe they should give up one of their many booths they have in the building. I will be spreading the word to other people about the business.
