So Not sure the guys name that comes around with an attitude problem and banging so hard on your door it may come off its hinges but he is the most unprofessional, rude, poor customer service skills having individual. He truly shouldn’t be in the public with that attitude if he doesn’t like his job he should stay home!!!!!!!! He came by today mind you I wasn’t home and my partner was than when he tells him he’s not Jacob the guy says what do we need to pick up so my partner says your not coming in my house Worker says oh now it’s your house, so my partner than proceeds to say well you can get off my property with that attitude where than the worker yells no you need to Pay your bills!!!! So this guy needs to go back to customer service 101 and get some public training!! When I get home I’m check my cameras and there may be a video to come!!!!! Ridiculous behavior!!! If I could have give. 0 stars I would.

Josh the manager on the other hand is very customer service oriented and deserves a raise always staying...

My daughter and I both have accounts at this location. I am currently waiting for them to come pick up my items due to me canceling my account. Decided to cancel because they continue to contact my daughter to pay on my account even though she is not on it and ends up throwing her own account off. When they did finally show up she was encouraged to pay on my account again instead of picking up my items like asked and then began calling her to pay on hers. I still have yet to hear from corporate office. It's hard to keep either current when you are also having to pay overdraft and late fees because they can't seem to follow legal precedent for account privacy...

I've been dealing with this company for a little while the manager chris is very rude! Also the workers are too!! My price change numerous of times even when i was told it wouldn't. So i ask them to come pick up there items. I was told to call on monday for arrangements to pick the items up while i was at work , of course that was my intentions for that day! They came to my house while my 16 year daughter was home trying to come in to pick up the items while i was at work , which is against the law because shes not 18! There's bad communication between employees. Think twice before you think about renting...
