I went in to pick an online order up. First I stood in the line, only one cashier was there and one person on the floor and it was very very busy, I saw the online pickup line, got in that line and wasnāt acknowledged so I ran into someone with blue highlights in their hair and I told her to just cancel my order. She apologized but she found a cashier to help me that didnāt open her mouth AT ALL until she asked my name, she then walked off to get the order after she asked for the order number. She just looked and stared as I looked up the number and was sitting there with the bag hanging on her wrist and looking impatient and disgusted, so I told her to not worry about the order.There was absolutely NO interaction AT ALL!!..so I left. I called the store to cancel the order and was told to cancel through customer service whom I contacted to tell me to call the store, she then said I have to wait until it gets canceled from not picking up the items. The store and customer service told me it wasnāt anything they can do. Iāll just go to Biloxi or drive to Gulfport and purchase from either of these stores. Iāll probably just delete the app and not shop at bath and body works ever, itās getting expensive and the products are repackaged and now are watered down. I probably just wasted my time because itās not like anyone is...

I was next in line, and when the cashier at the register looked at me, she just stared without saying a word. I approached the counter and placed my items down, but there was still complete silence.
She rang everything up, and I asked to add my phone number to earn points for my purchase. She said she forgot and then asked if I was ready to pay. I explained that I wanted to ensure my points were applied, and she said they would be and asked me to pay.
When I scanned my card, nothing happened. She continued to silently stare at me until another employee stepped in to let me know the payment hadnāt gone through and I needed to scan again. I did so, then left feeling frustrated and unwelcome.
The lack of communication and professionalism made this experience far below the usual standards Iāve come to expect from Bath...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWe just left from this store. My husband went in to see if they had a scentportable that he likes. I hurried into Ulta to grab something then I found him waiting outside the store. He told me they were in the middle of doing a floorset at 5:20pm and that nobody helped him. Parts of the walls were empty because they were changing the store around. He didn't see any car scents. So he left. I've said this dozens of times. You lose money by not focusing on customers and changing out a store while it's open. Especially a Friday night....
