They have a very good selection of devices and the customer reward program is actually decent. The employees walk around in pajamas. The juice selection is large except most of the flavors are not really good in my opinion and they have a small supply of fruit flavors and way too many desert flavors. The couches are very comfortable and it would be a great place to hang out if they had more than just a pool table and vapes to do. I personally would like to see more social type events and things to do here to keep people inside. The employees are very fun and make the experience a nice one.

This place should be called Vape Heaven! Omg I just moved here and have went to probably 30 vape shops in the area with no luck finding my favs due to limited selection and subpar recommendations from workers. THIS PLACE LITERALLY HAS SAVED MY LIFE! (And my family members seeing as I’m a monster off the nic) THEY HAVE ALL THE FLAVORS AND ALL THE JUICES YOU COULD DREAM OF! And the customer service was TOP TEIR. I was barely in there 5 minutes because I was so excited they had my favorite juice and was ready to pay and go but the counter guy (forgot to grab his name but he’s tall and chill) was super cool and even had me try two FIRE juices that will have me...

Not good...the products are defective...and when I tried to return a young man with glasses implied for the second time that I was trying to get something for free ...mind you it's the 3rd time Ive had to return a product I purchased with money of course...and the second time he said and I quote" Well we can't just be giving away stuff (coils) for free..and I commented I just would like the products I purchase to work properly and to not purchase with money defective products...Why would you sell products that dont work properly and then simply I want "free stuff"when...
