DO NOT GO TO KRYSTAL. Typically, my husband and I spend a lot of money in this store and have never had an issue as far as customer service. Today however, we had picked up what we thought was a males shirt in the male section(I guess it was misplaced by a customer previously) when we got the receipt it showed it was a female shirt so we asked to return it immediately while still at the register. She started to do the charge back until another customer got in line. There were two other cashiers working. She put the shirt aside and told us to let her ring that customer up. No problem right? Well Krystal checked out FIVE more customers and kept calling them to come up, WHILE we were standing there waiting. After 15 minutes, I had asked “hey what are we waiting on” she ignored us and rolled her eyes and called for yet another customer. Thankfully, another cashier was open and we had asked him if he could do the charge back. He, in less than a minute had us walking out of the store with the charge back done. Now I understand making sure all customers are checked out but to ignore one customer to make sure another is checked out and rolling your eyes and ignoring someone when we hadn’t been aggressive at all is just very very bad customer service. This would have been a 1 star rating but because we had been helped by another employee...
Read moreWhat a joke! I went to this place thinking I was gonna go in and buy a bike then get out! Not that easy!!! I found the bike I wanted. So I had to HUNT DOWN an associate to ask if they had a bike in their inventory that I could get. After I got a look like I was speaking a foreign language, the sales person asked me "why"? Why don't I want a display item? Really? I told him it's becasue I'm weary of people coming along & jacking with it. Like switching the gears, yanking the brake cables etc.. So he then goes to scan the bikes bar code to see if there was another one in the store somewhere and BAM! He drops the bike on the floor from the display rack! Hmmm..why don't you want a display item again!? So there was no other bike in the store except that one. My next logical question is "can you order one from your warehouse or online". You would have thought I asked him to put a loaded gun in his mouth & pull the trigger! Long story short I got pi$$ed & walked out. Came back the next day & still nobody has a clue how to order a bike from the warehouse & have it shipped to their store! I honestly don't know how this store has survived this long! You would think because this is a national chain the employees would be a bit more knowledgeable. Not the...
Read moreI have been in there numerous times, as I am local to the area. The only other option is to drive apporximately 12 miles to Academy Sports. Due to the lack of customer service, inventory and general knowledge of the staff, I have elected to go the extra distance to make my purchases. The kids they hire are more interested in goofing off with each other than seeking out a wandering customer. The manager (if one actually exists) seems to accept the status quo of the store. There is hardly ever an abundance of customers in the store and most times seems that the employees out number the patrons. The only staff that seemed happy to see you was the cashier upon checking out. Personally, I was happy to see that Dick's was opening up on our area, but it has been a source of disappointment. Note to ower: Wake up before you loose your investment. Get more involved in your franchise. Your management is in desparate need of training. I suggest you visit your competition (Academy Sports in Gulfport) and take notes. I personally would like to see your business become more customer friendly, more competitive and staff more knowledgeable about the products you sell. Best of luck, I hope you succeed, because I'd hate to see the huge vacancy in...
