Tyler at Discount Tire located at 4018 Promenade Pkwy, D'Iberville, MS 39540 was AMAZING! We found ourselves with one tire splitting and another on the verge as we were traveling back home to Texas from Fort Benning, GA. We rolled in 20mins to closing hoping and praying they would have at least one tire that was in our budget. Not only did Tyler have one but he gave us a blessing of a deal for both new tires so we could be sure to safely make it home. Him and the guys got started on it immediately. As my husband and I were sitting there realizing it was going past their time to get off work we started to feel bad when suddenly all the guys in the bay started singing together as they finished up our jeep. I am officially a loyal customer after today! This was my first time stopping into a Discount Tire Shop and I am so grateful that I did. The service was outstanding and the prices of the tires are a great deal! Coming from someone who has had their fair share of trying to be cheap and buying used tires , NEVER AGAIN. I’m extremely disappointed with this tire shop. My 20-year-old cousin went in for new tires and was significantly overcharged for the service. It feels like they took advantage of her lack of experience and knowledge about pricing. The staff was not transparent about costs, and there was no effort to explain or justify the charges.
