Envy — Local services in D'Iberville

I would like to comment on the previous post about Envy, which was not only incorrect but also demeaning and bullying. I was a customer at Envy when the situation with the inappropriate and disrespectful customer occurred. The customer (after 30 minutes of arguing with her son about his haircut) decided to take the owner’s scissors without her permission (which is against state health department regulations) and proceeded to cut her son’s hair. When the owner realized what was occurring, she politely WITH NO ATTITUDE OR YELLING and in a very professional and respectful manner asked the customer to not use her scissors (which had been sanitized) and that she did not have to pay for the service and respectfully asked her to leave the shop. The customer then proceeded for the next 15 minutes to insist that the owner accept her payment. Following this, the customer’s husband walks back into the shop with an attitude and proceeds to be disrespectful and curse about the situation. All the other customers in the shop (along with myself) were in awe of the disrespectful customer and disrespectful situation, and all were very appreciative of the respectful and professional way that the owner handled the situation. I have been a loyal customer at Envy nails for 5 years now and have had nothing but amazing experiences with the owner, the technicians, and they ALL do EXCELLENT work. I highly recommend this...

Just got my hair cut there the lady asked to see a Pic of what I wanted I showed her she said ok like a boy cut I said sure make it short she said spiky well I didn't get what I wanted I got charge $45.00 and a $5.00 tip cause I wasn't happy I asked her to go more short she said she would alittle bit but no more cause it would stick up so I thought I was the customer what I want is what I should get well I went home washed my hair and cried for 20 min.and I'm still crying I haven't ever payed 45.00 to cut my hair and then to be told they want cut it any shorter now on my way to get someone to fix this mess so sad crying everytime I look in the mirror if they do nails the way they cut hair be careful cause you may leave there crying to I just went to my daughter's house and she pointed out that the right side is longer then the left wow worst $50.00 I ever spent I'm so up set hope this new lady can fix what Envy...

the lady or she said she’s the owner who cuts my son’s hair is very humiliating! she yelled and scolded me for touching her $800 scissors that’s what she said in front of other customers! this lady shamed me for the cost of her $800 scissors! i am so shocked! i touched her unsanitized scissor because she left my son and some hairs are sticking at the back, did not say if shes done or not and just went to do the other customers nails. this lady is just a typical hawk for money and a money grabber! out of anger which i didnt show while there because i am a professional person, i gave her $20 tip for her stupid attitude! i have nothing to say to you but i hope you are happy of what you did! i wish you nothing but the best Karma! if your planning to have your hair or nails done DO NOT COME...
