Nope. I went in just this evening to buy a watch. I need one for school... next week. I saw a couple I wanted to look at. I tried to ask the guy helping a couple questions. But, he like, didn't want to answer. Or help, or something. I mentioned another color watch was on sale online. Which they had, in store. But I was interested in the same watch in another color they also had in store. I said I couldn't find it online previously and I was unable to at that moment in the store because I guess service (cell) is just horrible in there. Anyways, he didn't try to find it for me. Didn't offer to look it up. All he told me was there weren't sales right now and to try Kohl's.
I want that watch. The one at Kay. But he wouldn't sell it to me? It wasn't even overly busy so I don't know why he didn't want to help me. I didn't even need much help. I just wanted to ask find out how much it was and to find it on the Kay website. I said the rose color was one price online and he wouldn't even check the price of the silver one, Just looked at the tag then mentioned checking Kohl's.
Should I have not gone in the store shopping in jeans and a hoodie? Maybe I didn't look rich enough? He was quick to help the people after me. Sorry I was merely watch shopping.
The fun thing is... I opened a Kay credit card over the weekend. This was my first experience. Not sure if it's too late to just close my card and count my loses... shop somewhere else. But I want that watch. I want help finding it and I want to buy it. Can't if someone won't help with two simple questions. Wasn't even interested in selling...
Read moreMy husband and I decided to upgrade my wedding set for our upcoming anniversary. Cassandra welcomed us in and listened to everything we were looking for… and then proceeded to flawlessly deliver exactly what I was hoping for, patiently helped me go back and forth between several bands to match, was very kind to my very bored small children, and overall made the experience special and full of joy. Other shoppers came in while she helped us, and I never felt rushed for a single second. In fact, she made sure we and another employee knew we were her priority in that moment. She was absolutely LOVELY, and if there is any special compensation she gets from being mentioned in these reviews she deserves it and more. I walked out fully informed about my purchase, blissfully happy, and so thankful our interaction was with her. Spending any large amount of money can feel scary, but even more so when it’s thousands of dollars…. We were thrilled with our buy, and even more thrilled she was the one to sell it to us. Will definitely be returning for other pieces of jewelry, and will be making sure we always deal...
Read moreI want to give the highest praise to GINA EVANS. I am a new Kay Jewelers customer. To me, Gina Evans IS Kay Jewelers. I went into the store to purchase a paw print necklace. I had been looking at them on the Kay website. Gina assisted me and told me that the store did not have one in stock. However, right away Gina told me she would call another Kay Store in the area. She found one at the store she called, and asked them to assist me with it when I got there. Now, this is extraordinary customer service. I thanked Gina and said I was going to their other store right away. Upon leaving, I shared with Gina that my dog had just passed away and I wanted the necklace as a memento. I commend Gina for going the extra mile with superb customer service, as she didn't even know what my priority was for this special necklace, and she made it happen. Thank you, Gina. You are wonderful and to...
