This place is better than the previous apartments I've resided at (same price too). They have parcel lockers at the mail area so if you are waiting for a package, the mail person leaves the key to the locker in your mailbox and you don't need to pick it up in the front office. That's really convenient 👏. They upgraded the gate so in order to get in, you just push a button on the app instead of rolling down the window and pushing the numbers. I just wish they kept the physical key card access as well just in case your phone dies and you don't have a charger on you. I haven't had any problems and when I do, maintenance comes and fixes it in a quick and timely manner. Sometimes you gotta park far cause the closest spot to your building is full but that's not a problem for me cause I like to park one building over anyways. My friends have asked me why I live in a place that costs more than their apartments and I ask them how long there ac has been out especially in the summer. You can hear everything around you. The manager is terrible and told my boyfriend and I that hearing our upstairs neighbor's heavy bass at all hours was "not her problem." The office staff has been nothing but rude to us, with the exception of PJ, the only helpful person working at this apartment. The grounds are ill-kept, we had to complain everyou day for a week for broken bottles in the parking lot next to the dog park to get cleaned up. There is no insulation it seems, the temperature in the apartment changes about 3-4 degrees from the areas close to the outside walls to closer to the center of the building. We have no carpet padding as well which forces us to walk around in shoes constantly, adding dirt to what already seeps in through the cheap window and door seals. The electricity is through the roof because of these flaws and cheap construction. Absolutely the rudest management! Maintenance is a complete joke! Roadways around building are trash and has pot holes and uneven patches cause they won’t pave it correctly! Doesn’t enforce cleaning up after animals so watch your step! Locked down like a prison cause they waited to late to fix the biggest issue which is the residents safety so now if you wanna come visit someone or check on someone’s apartment while they are out of town or get the mail for someone good luck cause your not getting in without a guest key sent by text or the person let’s you in! The apartments themselves are way completely outdated and the boards for the balconies are cracked and nail heads sticking out of them!! There’s way better apartments around and each year they jack the prices up way above most people cost of living. On top of all that they allow bare exposed wires behind the dryers!!!
