Today January 6, 2023,,,My score is for this reason. I arrived at the store with my husband to make a change and there being no one in line, I stop at the counter and there are two employees who remain talking as if there was no one. When one of them decides to serve us, she tells me that I have to stand in line. My husband seriously told him if there is no one??? I go and look for the part to make the change. That employee did not serve anyone with an annoyed face at all times. She apparently did not want to work. When my turn comes I ask the cashier who is the manager. She didn't dare answer me. When the employee who attended me at the beginning was next to the cashier I asked her,,, You are the manager, what is her name? she is she did not want to give me her name and she did not want to attend to me. This chain of stores should give customer service workshops to their employees She is an arrogant and disrespectful person. If she didn't want to work she should have stayed at her house. There are people who want to work. The very cordial cashier asked her for the number of the store and she gave it to me without any problem. I'll call and make a report. I imagine they will know the name from the time and date. Unfortunately, those kinds of people should not have that position. Terrible customer service sat there and refused us in line because she told the lady in front of us to go back when she had too much stuff at the moment the poor sweet mother of 3 was buying school clothes for her babies. And told us to go ahead because they had an issue. why make her wait because she had a lot stuff? Isn’t that making the store money and pays the workers their pay checks! No customers buying no jobs available! Oh and she sat there talking about the sweet woman in front of us threatening to go stop a transaction from a another worker to the sweet mom to make a scene! Wow if you havent been to Marshals u gotta go. I had never been till recently. Ever since then. I go every chance i get and cant wait to go till the next time. Lotts and lotts of stuff at the best prices. Im getting on in years so beauty products are my number one on my agenda. Let me tell u what i found. The two best products now days for wrinkles is retinol and hydralaponic acid. Those two bought separately are expensive but i found the fountain of youth!.
