VERY UPSET with the dealer here. I do realize that metro pcs is not to blame completely. Although metro pcs should be checking on their dealers. This store sells people phones and tries to get them to pay onthe phone. DO NOT DO THAT. I did that. I was under the impression that i was paying the store for the phone. NOPE. I was paying a loan company. The store signed me up with this loan company without my knowlegde and i was going to end up paying 400 for a phone that only cost 150 in store. WHAT THE ACTUAL HECK. Then when i went to the store they said i thought you understood that. How can i undsterstand something you do not explain to me. So now i am stuck paying 225 for the phone still. The guy actually had the nerve to say to me "im sure its in all of those agreement things when i was signing the paper work for you but who really reads all that stuff anyway" WHAT. You should be reading that stuff if you are selling the phone. Then nothing was done about this. They do not care. They just sat there with blank faces looking at me like okay i cant do anything! So ridiculous. I am going to contact corporate office of metro pcs and see if they can help me out any. . He tried to tell me he doesnt get any money for this phone. BULLSHIT. You tried to get paid more from the loan company so you took advantage of me. I will never recommend any one to this store....

Mr. Rodney Terry has the greatest customer service skills I have ever come across. Rodney went over & beyond all of our expectations. He has so much knowledge & understanding when it comes to my phones & plans. Mr. Rodney helped my family & I with all of our issues & questions. He really helped me more than I can describe. I left from there & called.all my friends & family & told them to go to the Diberville T- Mobile for all of their phone needs. I was so grateful to Mr. Rodney for helping me with EVERYTHING!! I DEFINITELY WILL NEVER GO TO ANY OTHER PHONE COMPANY OR STORE AGAIN AFTER THE EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE I HAD AT THE DIBERVILLE STORE!! RODNEY I JUST THANK YOU & CANT SAY ENOUGH GREAT THINGS ABOUT HIM. Read moreThe phone case purchased 10 days ago for $30 is broken. They gave me a receipt on a post it note that did not say they do not give refunds on items that break. They put the phone on the case and handed it to me with no box for it. I called to ask the representative who answered the phone if i could bring it in for a refund. She said they do not give refunds. I do not think this is right or legal. I asked for her manager and she said he/she was not there. I asked what her name is, and she said, "you want my name?" I'm like yes I want to know who is telling me I can't return this inferior phone case that broke after only 10 days. She told me no, she would not give me her name so I could reference her when I call back to speak to the manager. What kind of business is this? I will be reporting this to the Better...
