I don't normally rant or say bad of any place of business much.. but.. I have to say that 2 weeks ago.. I went to My Linh's and had some cluster eyelashes put on for the first time ... I didn't know what to expect at first.. so I'm laying there getting my lower eye lids taped and start to get my lashes glued on.. my right eye starts burning immediately... the tech says keep your eyes closed... I tell her they are closed but she pulling up on my eye lids to attach the eye lashes... so we have to stop.. because my eyes are watering.. and burning like crazy. So I'm like okk... maybe it will be better in a min., Which it eventually did.. so she gets it all done and she tells me.. your eyes are going to burn for 5 minutes when u open them so take this paper and fan your eyes , I'm thinking that this whole process shouldn't be a painful thing especially because the eyes are so delicate . Like this is crazy people go through this...so anyways it looks ok besides my eyes are super red when it's all done.. but I go ahead and I pay for it & I go about my evening. well fast forward to today... i decide to text her and tell her I want them removed and I will be there after work.. she says ok fine... I get there and she asks why I want them off.. First off I have some missing.... and I notice on the top of my eyelid along the lash line.. it's becoming irritated. So I lay down and she tapes my lower lashes and puts this remover on my lashes.. Immediately I get this excruciating pain .. the glue removal sweeps into my eyes.. omg it was the most painful thing She runs out and gets a paper towel with water and puts on the corner of my eyes where my tear duct is.. and asks if it's starting to feel better.. I said kind of.. and so .. she continues to put the remover on as I'm closing my eyes for dear life that this stuff doesn't get back in my eyes and tells me she will be back in 15 to 20 mins... I waited for almost an Hour in this room laying down with my eyes shut tight as hell.. she didn't come back to check on me not once, so I get up.. and make my way to the bathroom and wash my eyes with cold water grab my purse and walk out to where she was ... she was doing someone's hair.. I said you know what.. I'm leaving.. she stops me and tells me she is going to remove them now.. I said I was back there for almost and hour u must have forgot about me.. she insists she didn't and brings me back and starts to try do remove the lashes... No Luck.... I tell her look I'm not trying to be here all night.. so her solution was to give me her remover... a blue wand and some tape and asks if I had anyone at home that can help me remove it... --- Are you Kidding me??. What the .. seriously??. I tell her I will see if my niece can help me.. in which I have not asked to do so... but i just cant even believe the way all this has happened .. it has been so unprofessional.. and to be honest I'm not even sure if she is licensed to do it..I need to go to an actual professional to get these removed. My actual eyelashes are missing from these clusters.. it's so terrible. If you are wanting to get your hair done.. do that only.. DO Not get your eyelashes done there.. . I am not even sure they have that listed are a service to get done. The photo with my eyes are red is when they were first done.. --then the day of trying to get...

This is honestly the best salon I have ever been in, and I've been in more than a few! Their techs are the best here on the coast- and I've covered just about all of them. The first time I came in I'd wrecked my hair with a bad bleach job and I came in pretty upset (without an appointment) and t-minus like 5 hours to meet my boyfriend's family from out of town- needless to say, the owner herself put me in a chair and got me fixed an HOUR before they closed.

My stupidity wasn't her problem to fix- and I will always remember that kindness. I won't go anywhere else for nails and waxing, either! They are the cleanest, friendliest, and skilled beauty technicians on the coast- I don't blink an eye at the cost, which is affordable in consideration to what you're getting and is pretty much what you'll pay at every other salon here.

I'm bummed I ever spent my money anywhere else, I love this salon and recommend it to everyone I talk to- even though they have usually already been there. No surprise! I've been wanting to write this review forever, looking at my nails it's time to go! So happy to look forward to it and not put it...

Go here at your own risk! I went today for an eyebrow wax. I had called the day before and was told eyebrow waxing had a sale buy one get one free at $13. Let me add here that my eyebrows are naturally pale and sparse, so I've been allowing them to grow, untouched, for like 3 years. The goal was to go to a nice salon and get them fixed nice. That DID NOT HAPPEN. I was ignored and told to wait by a guy I'm assuming doesn't even work there (blue collar workwear) and ignored by the only woman working there. Once she finally brought me over to a chair the sink was dirty and thewax was lukewarm (meaning it tugged and pulled as it was applied in a painful way). I noticed after the first strip that she smelled like alcohol. At this same moment she dropped wax on my eyebrow. Not in the intended area, meaning she made a mistake. I felt it and she tried to play it off by handing me a mirror (after removing as much of the wax as she could) I noticed then that she had completely ruined my right eyebrow.
