I came in today after I had a little bit of a box dye disaster, and didn’t set enough time aside for the appointment. I came in and let the stylist know I needed to leave earlier than anticipated. We began the appointment, and everything was great!

Things went down hill when she foiled my hair, and was rinsing it in sections. We went to the wash bowl about 6 times. Which I thought might be because I had damaged my hair with box dye, however, she had left me with the last section of foils for about 30 minutes while she was picking out which toner to use. She had come out to ask me which shade I thought was best, and disappeared for another 15 minutes.

Because of this, I didn’t tip. I’m not sure exactly what happened but the initial payment I had made in the salon didn’t process, or was marked as fraud. The stylist had charged my card again, with a tip. This charge included a $30 fee for a root smudge, which was not done.

I didn't have a super great experience, I got rescheduled with a different stylist and felt really rushed & forgotten, they acted like the reschedule was fine and there was enough time but I got a very rushed consult, left at the shampoo bowl and then rinsed by a different stylist and I felt like the cut wasn't exactly the best, was a little stressful. Atmosphere also felt a little isolated, my stylist didn't really say much to me and seemed really stressed, especially in the beginning and mainly talked to the other stylist + the other person they were working on that they were prioritizing who seemed to be a friend of their's/long time customer. Overall just wasn't for me, price was steep for what it was too, gotten...

Ok. This is the best hair studio EVER! The whole vibe and atmosphere is incredible. The owner did such a truly beautiful job with the interior design, looks deliciously magical. They’re all fun and it’s my new favorite place. Michael did my hair and he helped me transform myself (always had long hair and never done fashion colors at 31 years of age) and he helped me decide what works with my face etc i gave him a lot of artistic freedom and he did not disappoint. I’ll be a regular from now for all my hair and...
