EditâŚ.I first wrote this review 2 months ago. The credit that I was given was used towards another keyboard/mouse combo which SHOCKINGâŚ2 months later has stopped working. I took it into the store today and was told that despite the fact that it was clearly defective, despite having the receipt AND the extended warranty, that the 14 days to return policy applied despite it being defective. I explained it was the second one and I was told, âSorry, thatâs the policyâ. You not only got back the little bit of credit I got for the one I returned the first time, but also the $50 I was forced to put toward for this one. I donât know how you stay in business.
The comment you posted below was never communicated to me and Iâm just seeing it when I came back to add this additional detail. A little too late. âââââ- A little over a year ago, I purchased a keyboard/mouse combo. I purchased the extended warranty and was told since it was associated with my phone number (which I provided) it could be looked up if needed. Fast forward, my mouse completely stopped working. I went to the same store in which I bought it originally and was told that there was ânothingâ associated with my phone number and no other way to find my purchase history. I was told I wasnât allowed even exchange of the item and in fact I was told there wasnât one in store, but yet I walked over and found one on the shelf. I was told my only option was that I could get a store credit but that was for $30 less than what I paid for it or else there was no other option. This gave me no other option. Iâm a small business owner. I will never buy anything of value...
Read moreSo, I had a positive experience at Office Depot here in Di'berville, MS! At first, my business cards were printed and looked a little hazy, but Steven, the operations store manager, reprinted my business cards on the spot, and did an excellent job! He is a great manager and I give office depot a thumbs up for his services. One thing I want to at this location is more transparency in the business card printing section. I want there to be easier access to online uploading of business card images and fluency in the transition of uploading the information to office depot, and then picking up the business cards in and out. That is something that needs to be addressed as this makes it less desirable for someone to want to do. Walmart has a setup where you upload your photos, pay via credit card info online, and then you go pick it up and wallah! You have your pictures. I called corporate earlier and they told me to send an email to diberville Office depot with the information and it got a little confusing after that. Needless to say, for marketing and enhanced experience, office depot should look into this and update as Walmart has. Thanks for...
Read moreWent into this store at 8p and asked for 10 copies of a customer appreciation card. I was told that they had many jobs ahead of mine and that I could drop it off and pick it up the following day at 6p. I needed at least ONE customer appreciation card for the following day at 10a. There were 2 cards on an 8x11 paper. I asked well could you please just cut this one sheet in half? The woman told me no that she could take it as a drop off. So she couldn't walk 3 feet over to the paper cutter and take a quick second to cut one sheet of paper in half? I didn't want to cut it with scissors and yes it was last minute, but there was no one in the store and the woman nor the cashier were visibly busy. I was told that anything brought in after 2p would be ready the next day. I was wearing my scrubs so obviously I had just gotten off of work and changed my order from copies to merely cutting the paper in half. To me that was horrible customer service. I was visibly in need. I ended up walking over to Michael's and buying a paper cutter....
