I Do Not like to write bad reviews on anyone or any business. However, this one and the person you see in the image I uploaded deserves it.

I am a business owner who recently opened a business. I am on an extremely limited budget considering the fact that I am in my first year of business with an actual brick and mortar location.
I entered this particular Sprint Store in Diberville, Mississippi in April of this year and entered into a contract for Phone service. This contract that I agreed to was based on the word of the Sprint Store Representative's that my bill would be an amount that I specifically emphasized to him
I am DEFINITELY at fault for not actually reading the contract before I signed it. However, I don't believe that it is the policy of Sprint to encourage it's reps to deceive the customers in order to persuade them into entering into contract agreements that they didn't desire upon signing the contract agreement. This was definitely a lesson to me that from this point for ward, I will read and verify contracts before signing them. At any rate, prior to this particular date, I visited the store to price compare other mobile carriers that I had visited because I needed phone service for my business. This same Sprint Rep originally provided me with information that he could keep me within the monthly budget that I specifically told him about plus I mentioned the price range that I could afford to spend at that very moment to sign up for the service. He verbally gave me the information and I told him that I would return in a week or two if I decided to go with Sprint. When I returned about a week later, when I walked in the store he actually remembered me by name! I told him that I was ready to go with Sprint. He remembered what phones I wanted, the plan he had originally told me about, and the price range I desired to stay within in regards to my monthly payments. I asked him at least 3 times on that day what my monthly payments would be. Each time he confirmed and the last time, he even calculated it on and confirmed what I emphasized to him. Fast Forward to last week. I finally received my first bill. I was floored!!!! My bill was nearly $100 more than I told him that I could afford!!! So, I found the contract and I read it. The contract that I signed without reading it on the day he assured me that my monthly bill would be within the specific price range that I had requested. How did I know that he purposely deceived me? It is because he is required to attain my signature on the electronic device at the stand where the register is located i.e. the very spot you see him in the picture. Further, before he attains my signature, on the computer screen at the desk, he has to make sure that the numbers are correct before he requests my signature. So, I returned to the store to address this issue with him. Can you believe that he actually acted as if he could not remember that he even serviced me??? Then he went as far as saying he could not remember what he actually told me. Then he tried to blame it on billing when he himself had to prepare the document for me to sign!!! And to top it off, he treated me with a reality show type attitude as if I was trash in a ghetto like manner!!! I asked for a supervisor. The supervisor was standing behind the desk where the register is located. He is the other person in the image who doesn't have a circle around his head. The supervisor was watching the Sprint Rep treat me like garbage and didn't try to intervene until I asked to speak with him. After I explained what had transpired, the supervisor asked me if I had a quote sheet. I didn't. In conclusion, be sure to read the contract before you sign it otherwise you will be surprised and inconvenienced financially like I have been because I was mislead by a...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI went in to grab two prepaid phones for my teenage boys. They had a promotion where you buy two months of service and get 1 out of 3 phones free. Short black guy tried to upgrade me to a contract but I already knew what I wanted. Then tells me there is only a 40$ monthly plan on prepaid phones and treated me like I was stupid. Like I haven't already looked at plans online. After waiting for a hour he told me that only one phone was in stock. I said I wanted to wait and get both at the same time. I then called gulfport and they said they only had one. So I went back inside to grab the only one he had ,then head to Gulfport to grab another. Thought it was a popular deal. With not one customer in store. This dude walked around me and had me waiting again for the same phone (he just had in his hand) for 30 more minutes. I guess they make commission. I got frustrated from him walking around not helping me so I walked out of T Mobile! I had told him I had enough and he said ok bye. So I left and went across the street to CSpire. Not only did CSpire help me in minutes but also had that deal and sold me that deal with no sales pitch. I got the same two phones for free and my 25$ prepaid plan that I wanted. All in 30 minutes. Early that day I said to my wife .If T-Mobile worked well with the prepaid phones. I would change ours and get the family four plan with internet but glad they showed their true colors.I will NEVER GO...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreLess than a month ago I decided I wanted to upgrade from the 10S Max to the 11 Pro Max. This location was my first stop, and the young lady (Breyea) was very helpful. However, I did end up going to another store (Biloxi), because they did not have any in stock at this one (DāIberville). This was perfectly fine, and I got the phone that day.
I called roughly about four hours ago and āMatthewā answered the phone. I inquired about exchanging my cell phone, and was told that would āHAVE TOā be done in store. And, even when I tried to restate my question, I was cut off (twice) in a distasteful disregarding tone. Rather then continue the conversation, I simply said āThank You,ā and ended it there.
Now, I have been calling for the past week trying to get this matter handled, and each representative Iāve spoken to has told me that the cell phone could be ordered from Sprint and shipped to the store. Just as I could have ordered it over the phone. However, according to Matthew, this was not possible at all. I decided to call and concur this with a representative from the customer service line, and found out that you CAN order the phone through customer service without ever going to the store. Within 30 minutes my new phone was ordered and my return kit was on its way.
Not only will I not be coming back to the DāIberville location, but I will also make sure I do not refer anyone...
