I had a great experience here. I usually dread going into a store like this, but when I went to get my new phone this time I was pleasantly surprised. If you go ask for Lindsay Comeaux. She did a wonderful job of helping me pick out my new phone and took the time to explain everything to me and even help me get a bunch of stuff switched over from my old phone to the new one. I was very impressed with this because I feel like a lot of places just want to quickly sell you something and then move on to the next for commission or bonus or whatever. I really appreciate good customer service after the sale, and Lindsay delivered!
**Update. I just went back into the store to get some help with some new features of my phone that I wasn't familiar with. Lindsay was working but she was with a customer so another person came and helped me. Before I left I had all 4 sales associates conversate with me! I can honestly say the whole store has exceptional customer service. I even commented to one of the guys how great the service is here and welcoming the environment is, and the guy replied "that's because we understand people like to know they'll not only be taken care of when they are buying something, we think people appreciate feeling like they are always important to us, and that's good for business". Good job! I'm glad to see that some business still get it! - good customer service...
Read moreThis is my second post and a follow-up to a phone call from a manager at the store 5 minutes ago. If I could give zero Stars, I would. A manager called asking me questions that he should have known based upon store records. It is apparent that this manager nor the store is organized nor keeps accurate records. After a lengthy conversation he became very argumentative and when I asked him a few questions about my contract he had no idea. He had no idea of the sales people who assisted me nor did not have any idea of the contract that I purchased and was discussing. I have zero confidence in this store and the manager allowed me to leave the store and go to T-Mobile. If this specific manager worked for me I would have fired him and on the telephone I did fire him before hanging up. I am switching my service after 20 years to T-Mobile because of Verizon...
Read moreI was having issues with my phone being locked. My pin wasn't working. I couldn't get it to factory reset. They told me up front that there was probably nothing they could do but upgrade me. I recently lost my job so I couldn't afford the taxes on an upgrade. They told me lots of people had issues with the last update doing this to their phones. They watched me try to reset my phone and then confirmed that they couldn't help me. They suggested I go home and plug my phone into my computer. I did but my PC wouldn't recognize the device. I ended up chatting someone in level 2 support that walked me through the reset process. My phone is fine now. Just a note that the stores are there to make money.
