SHOUT OUT to the Pharmacist named Cathleen! I absolutely LOVE her. Out of ALL the pharmacies I've been to in my 27 years of living this has been the best one by far. I've had some rude people working this pharmacy help me before. Which made me not want to come back... So I have issues with the type of pills I get for my prescriptions. The pills are hard to break in half and with a pill cutter, it just cuts it very unevenly and turns most of it into powder. So I asked last month for a certain type of pill that I've received before and the pharmacy gave it to me. This month I asked for the SAME type of pill that is softer and easier for me to cut or break in half. The people that I spoke to kept filling my meds with the wrong pills.. so Cathleen took over and helped me herself. Not only did she go ABOVE AND BEYOND for me but she took the matter into her own hands and didn't give up until she got me the correct type of medication that I wanted. It took 3 days of fighting with these people and it took Cathleen one try to get it right. She is very professional, she goes out of her way to do everything she can to help a customer and and doesn't rest until the customer is happy and taken care of. Thank you Cathleen I will be going to you from now on if I need something. You're the only one who seems to get the job done right. This lady deserves a raise! You can tell the difference in people who don't care about their job and only want the pay check... Cathleen is the complete opposite. You can tell she loves her job and loves to go out of her way to help customers. Thanks so much Cathleen....

The supervisor or team lead's response to me was mam you have really pretty hair. As is complimenting my hair at all fixed the situation I told her how rude and unprofessional it was that the associate responded with when I'm supposed too after I stated the time and all she could say was yeah your right. No apology. I asked for the general managers name Bob that's all I got no last name I will be calling tomorrow to see if that is really his name if not I will update...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI called the Walmart Pharmacy on Sangani Boulevard at the Supercenter in DāIberville, Mississippi around 1:00 p.m. to request an early pick-up of a prescription for my breathing machine. When I spoke with Suzanne, who answered the phone, I explained my situation. Instead of requesting my name in a professional manner, she immediately responded with, āI donāt even know you,ā in a sarcastic tone.
This was very disappointing, as I expected a courteous and professional interaction. Typically, pharmacy staff will simply ask for a first and last name to proceed. The tone and response I received felt dismissive and unprofessional, which reflects poorly on the customer service experience.
I believe situations like this can be avoided if associates maintain professionalism, patience, and respect with every customer...
