This is by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Before I explain why please note that I am a return customer and I returned because the experience was actually amazing so, this is truly disappointing. My wife was gifted a gaming laptop after being diagnosed with cancer then the screen cracked and was missing a the "Enter" button . I suggested we visit wireless wizard because of my previous visit. We brought that laptop in and paid on Feb 20th. The tech "Chase" I believe his name was, gave us the estimated time of 3 to 5 business days to fix the both the screen and replace the key board. We were told up front that the tech broke the bezel on the screen so he had to order a new one.
5 days passed with no word. My wife called first after the 5th day and we both called everyday until the work was complete getting "it'll be tomorrow" each time. I called finally and demanded an explanation. Long story short, they broke the bezel, got the part Saturday late, told us it would be ready the following day at 10 am and when we arrived it still wasn't ready nor was the person there with the laptop because he took it home to "work on it". They had us waiting for over 2 hours in the store and we STILL didn't get our product until 3/6/24.
I honestly hate writing these types of reviews but the lack of care and the attitude we received just because we asked for an accurate update on our product was absurd.
The only decent part of my experience came with the customer service Missy gave us as we sat there for 2 hours, waiting for Chase to finish our repair. Still, I wouldn't recommend this shop if it was the last...
   Read moreDropped my sonâs iPhone off at 2 pm because it was charging super slowly. John was super helpful not only on the phone, but when we arrived. He stated it was possibly either the battery or the charge connector. They called awhile later and said it was a combination of both, provided the cost and said itâd take an hour and weâd get a call. We did about an hour later. Arrived to pick it up, and the face id no longer worked after they completed the other repairs. (It worked when we dropped it off. They do a complete evaluation and check list to identify what is working and not working on the phone before leaving it.) We came in from out of town and are leaving Monday. They are closed on Sundays. We left the phone with them to repair the face id issue, as he could no longer access any passwords. Ultimately, it was unsuccessful and they replaced the phone at no additional cost to us and transferred all the data onto the new phone. Mind you, the store closes at 6:30 pm. We JUST picked it up at 9:30 pm. They went ABOVE AND BEYOND. I truly appreciate the time, patience and efforts they put into repairing and replacing the phone. Their service was excellent. He was very frank about the prognosis of my devices, and gave me good tips om how to keep my new ones safe and clean from intruders and malware. I love tech people that will explain to you what you need to know so it's a learning experience, instead of freezing you out of the details as though you wouldn't understand anyway. Im pretty tech savvy, so the latter is like taking your child to the doctor and treating him, but not telling you what was wrong or how he made him better. Our devices must work for us, and we cant run to a computer tech for every little thing. I've been on personal computers since 1995, and I usually troubleshoot my own devices, but there's always more to learn. I'm so glad I finally found a tech guy on the Coast I can trust! He came on high recommendations, and I'm passing those on to you! I feel very welcome to come back if I have any further...
