I had an issue with my service so I called in inquire about an outage. The representative that I spoke to stated she would let them know I’m having an outage. I received a call within minutes from a tech stating they would come out and look at it. I was impressed until I received a $80+ charge on my next bill. I was not informed of the fee by either person I spoke to. I could’ve fixed the issue myself I only called while running errands just to confirm it wasn’t on their end. I called to request a refund for the charge since I was not informed about it. The company stated they would credit back half of the fee since I didn’t have their managed router. I explained to the representative that I’m not using their managed router because it does not cover my entire home even with their extender. The fact is that I was not informed of the fee for the technician and it should be credited. This company acknowledged I was not informed for the fee but claim it’s still a billable service call. I would not recommend this company since they are not transparent...
