Waterfall was beautiful. When your reach the military base, turn left through the road guards. Go about half a mile and you can park on your right. Enter the gated gravel road (Ranger sign is hanging over it) and walk to the bottom, you’ll see the waterfall to your right. Unfortunately the trail was too badly overgrown to find and walk but it may be better in the fall.
